30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return
Email support@nordrip.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used for brewing (e.g. opened consumables) cannot be returned unless defective.
